Technical Support Engineer — 2 Openings
Location: Pune (On-site / Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time
Role Summary:
Provide L1/L2 support for our CRM, ERP, POS, and Dashboard products.
You’ll help clients install, configure, and maintain both Cloud & On-Premise setups, ensuring a smooth experience from onboarding to daily use.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and test 3R AI products on client systems.
- Diagnose and resolve support tickets through chat, email, and remote tools.
- Maintain product documentation and troubleshooting guides.
- Escalate critical issues to the engineering team when needed.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in software or network support.
- Understanding of Windows/Linux, LAN/IP, and MySQL / PostgreSQL basics.
- Excellent communication and analytical thinking.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with ERP / CRM environments.
- Experience with ticketing tools (Freshdesk, Jira, Zendesk).
Digital Marketing Executive — 2 Openings
Location: Pune (On-site / Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time
Role Summary:
Lead digital outreach for 3R AI products — from campaigns to conversion.
You’ll manage ad platforms, SEO, automation flows, and content that builds visibility and qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute SEO/SEM, Meta & LinkedIn campaigns.
- Create landing pages, case studies, and email automation.
- Coordinate with design for social creatives and brochures.
- Monitor performance via GA4, GSC, and Ad Manager dashboards.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in digital marketing (preferably B2B).
- Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Familiar with CRM / marketing automation tools.
Nice to Have
- Copywriting skills and basic WordPress/HTML knowledge.
- Experience promoting SaaS or IT products.
